UK/US – Healthcare patient, employee and consumer experience company Press Ganey has completed the acquisition of market research technology company Forsta, customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX).
The deal, which closed on April 26, 2022 for an undisclosed amount, will allow Forsta to continue as a standalone brand and retain its current management team.
The deal will give Press Ganey customers access to Forsta’s CX, UX, EX and market research technology tools, as well as Forsta’s experience in industries such as retail , financial services, travel and hospitality, technology, entertainment and consumer goods.
Forsta was launched in 2021 following the merger of CX Confirmit and search technology company FocusVision.
