SINGAPORE — Experience management firm Alida has accepted customer experience (CX) consultancy firm Blink CX into its partner program.
As part of the agreement, Blink CX will provide CX tools to organizations in the Philippines.
The partnership will combine Alida TXM Blink CX platform and board, enabling clients to support their CX operations and gather insights.
