UK – Research and innovation company Blue Yonder has appointed Gemma Baldwin as Chief Knowledge Officer and Team Leader within its specialist qualitative research team.

The Leeds-based agency has also hired Huw Williams as senior director of its marketing information department, Brand:Lab.

Baudouin (illustrated) is a board member of the Association of Qualitative Research and comes from Relish Research where she was formerly Chief Knowledge Officer and a member of the leadership team. She will lead Blue Yonder’s qualitative team, while working closely with key customers on strategic and R&D projects.

Williams has over 20 years of research experience, most recently at InSites Consulting, managing relationships with major clients such as Philips and Unilever.
