United States – Media ratings company Comscore has entered into an agreement with video and connected television (CTV) company Tremor to provide Tremor customers with access to Comscore’s audience targeting tools.

The deal will see Comscore’s cookieless pre-bid audience targeting tool, Predictive Audiences, available on Tremor’s end-to-end platform, integrating its Tremor Video DSP and Unruly SSP tools.

Tremor Video and Unruly users could reach granular behavioral audiences based on video-level contextual cues, especially in CTV environments.

Predictive Audiences will also give Tremor customers access to over 1,000 audience segments and behavioral targeting tools.

Lee Blickstein, vice president, activation solutions, Comscore, said, “Traditionally, advertisers had to choose between successful audience targeting tactics and future-proof solutions.

“Now, with Tremor International, we are breaking that barrier and taking a big step forward in what advertisers can expect from their CTV campaign performance.”

Jessica La Rosa, Vice President of Partnerships and Data Operations at Tremor International, said, “We are thrilled to partner with Comscore on this offering as it provides a contextual solution to standard third-party audience targeting.

“Advertisers get the same kind of precise, granular audiences, in a solution that works globally and privacy-respecting, across all platforms, especially CTV.”
