United States – Customer experience platform Disqo acquired product research platform Feedback Loop.

The New York-based company’s SaaS technology enables product and marketing professionals to provide insight to consumers, from initial discovery through ideation and design.

The acquisition is described as an acceleration of Disqo’s mission to build a trusted platform that fuels brand growth by connecting consumer sentiments to their online behaviors. The addition of Feedback Loop will allow it to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of brand, product, and customer experiences for any type of organization.

Former Feedback Loop chief executive Rob Holland has been named executive vice president and general manager of the company at Disqo. Approximately 50 new team members will join Disqo, bringing the global workforce to over 500 people.

The acquisition follows Disqo’s recent Series B funding round, which it closed as part of its plan to further expand the capabilities and reach of its customer experience (CX) platform.

“Organizations often lack the access and tools needed to make the right data-driven decisions for their customers, especially small and medium-sized businesses,” said Armen Adjemian, co-founder and CEO of Disqo.
