CAP’s Research Services team plays a key role in engaging with academic staff, providing comprehensive support and strategic advice throughout the grant management cycle.

Our ideal candidate

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a team and a demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support on complex research management issues, building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders . This position is responsible for effective grant application and submission processes, implementing business processes and research development plans in the unit, and facilitating research development activities in the region. and in collaboration with other administrative sectors.
