Medical Research Society Evolution Research Group expands and moves to Miami-Dade County.

The New Jersey-based company signed a 75,000 square foot lease at Quattro Miami office complex in the Airport West submarket, according to the owner’s broker, JLLit is Doug Okun. The tenant will occupy a complete building and plans to move in by the end of the year.

The lease marks a 45,000 square foot expansion of Evolution Research’s current office in Hialeah to 550 West 84th Street.

David Herbert, Donna Abod and Joseph Aboud of Avison Young, who represented the tenant, did not respond to requests for comment. Okun declined to disclose the length of the lease.

Quattro Miami comprises four buildings, all of which have four stories. Located at 700 NW 107th Avenuethe 315,831 square foot office park is on the western edge of Miami-Dade County.

The owners, Guy Sharon and Yoav Merary, renovated the property, adding micro-offices and modernizing the gym, cafeteria and conference center. A representative declined to disclose the cost of the renovation.

The property is now 80% leased with an asking rent of $35 per foot, full service, by JLL. Over 120,000 square feet have been leased in the past year to backfill Lennar Companywent to the blue lagoon complex. Quattro tenants include a software company Accelya Group and non-profit Alliance for Aging.
