AUSTRALIA – Global data and insights company Pureprofile has announced a new partnership with customer engagement powerhouse iGoDirect to deliver new incentive opportunities to its member base.
Boasting tens of thousands of members, iGoDirect runs YourSayPays, a platform that invites consumers to participate in surveys and contests in exchange for gift cards. The company also manages Rewards Come True and True Rewards, working with brands to formulate cashback, loyalty and rewards programs to support sales goals and contribute to employee satisfaction.
As part of the partnership, Pureprofile’s software-as-a-service audience building tool will power the YourSayPays platform. It also allows iGoDirect to further develop its own research community and conduct bespoke research studies based on first-party consumer data. This will open new avenues for business and revenue growth through the identification of market gaps and the development of products and services.
The alliance will also expand Pureprofile’s partner panel portfolio, which already includes Flybuys and The Asianparent.
