Salary package: $132,590 plus 17% superannuation

The Senior Manager will lead a large team of research service professionals across three colleges; ANU College of Law, ANU College of Business and Economics and ANU College of Arts and Social Science. The Manager will play a pivotal role in consolidating three separate Research Services teams into a single hub service delivery model to provide seamless end-to-end research support and guidance to Researchers throughout. of the life cycle of the research project.
The manager will work closely with the college CEOs, cluster board, and respective college executives and researchers to provide strategic advice on complex research issues, building strong working relationships with stakeholders. internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will be responsible for the career development and training of service professionals by promoting a culture that supports best practice and ensuring high-level complex research service activities, including the provision of expert advice to academics , grant administration, contract, project and risk management. management, while maintaining broad oversight of the procurement and administration of all research funds and contracts.
The ideal candidate has extensive leadership skills and management experience in research services or related fields. Experience in a tertiary environment is highly appreciated.
