NEW ZEALAND – Research and analytics agency TRA has appointed Irena Bakker as Head of People and Capabilities and Stephen Churchman as Head of Design, effective immediately.

baker (left picture) was previously Head of Human Resources and Talent for New Zeeland at WPP Australia/New Zeelandwhere she was responsible for the development and implementation of HR and talent management strategies, recruitment best practices and change management.

Prior to joining WPP, baker was director of group talent at WPP’s media agency GroupM.

Ecclesiastical (right picture) was previously Head of Creative at Les Mills US and also held positions at Saatchi & Saatchi New Zeeland and DDB New Zeeland.

Both roles will have responsibility for TRA’s Australia and New Zealand Zeeland offices, social media overview and listening tool Zavyand the Tracksuit branded health platform.
