UK – Unlimited has unveiled Luca, an innovative human insights platform that automates the collection and analysis of digital data sources to deliver actionable human insight to brands.

Luca, which in Italian means bringer of light, was developed as part of Unlimited’s Human Understanding Lab. The platform addresses brands’ need to tap into emotional context, gathering information quickly and efficiently to support quick decision-making and responsiveness to market opportunities.

The proprietary platform is powered by AI, reducing the need for teams to manually search, gather, combine and analyze digital inputs to deliver insights to the business.

Luca has an ecosystem of capabilities, including trend analysis, content intelligence, and customer sentiment tracking, that helps customers deliver human insight and increase emotional resonance in marketing activations.

The Luca platform roadmap will bring new applications to brands, helping to automate and accelerate their access to deeper human insights. These include a cultural analysis tool that identifies cultural gaps between brands and consumers; video motion analysis that compares product placement of competing brands in video content; and influencer mapping to find and analyze influencers and their associated impact for the brand.

Developed by Unlimited’s community of 120 neurology, behavior and data specialists, Luca uses a combination of rich, first-party demographic data and contextual targeting information, enabling brands and users to retarget consumers based on their data footprint, including opinions, preferences and emotions.
